Sloe Luum is a classic sloe gin with a dominant aroma of sloe berries, which gives it its delicate ruby red colour. It impresses with its fine balance between sweet almond notes and the typical Gin Luum citrus note. Sloe Luum can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails. As a summer and winter drink or as a perfect aperitif!
Bouquet:
The juniper and sloe aromas are dominant, with notes of cardamom, prunes, Marsala, fresh fruit and pepper.
On the palate:
A balanced balance between sweet almond notes and the typical Gin Luum citrus note, oily and tangy at the same time with a medium body - prunes, juniper and light coriander notes.
In the finish a tart-sweet aftertaste with dominant sloe and nuances of nuts, dried plums and juniper.
Sloe Luum is a handcrafted product, produced in small batches and - just like its big brother - bottled and numbered by hand.
