About that drink
It is considered an absolute classic among aperitif cocktails and was created for Count Camillo Negroni in the 1920s. The Negroni is a simple and sophisticated aperitif with only 3 ingredients, typically stirred. Just be sure to choose a high-end gin that you would use with your favorite martini. As soon as you play with it and deviate from the typical composition, the cocktail gets more intensity and complexity.
• 30-45ml Gin Luum

• 30ml Campari
• 30ml Vermouth Rosso
• roasted orange slice as a garnish

• Pour the 3 components into a shaker filled with ice

• Stir for 30 seconds and then strain into a tumbler over large ice cubes.
• Put the zest of the orange or lemon in the glass
• Finally, garnish with a flamed sprig of rosemary
