About that drink
It is considered an absolute classic among aperitif cocktails and was created for Count Camillo Negroni in the 1920s. The Negroni is a simple and sophisticated aperitif with only 3 ingredients, typically stirred. Just be sure to choose a high-end gin that you would use with your favorite martini. As soon as you play with it and deviate from the typical composition, the cocktail gets more intensity and complexity.
